*The speaker fee will be EUR 780 for all periods. 

GENERAL RULES

Registration Fee:
Covers participation in the meetings, the congress badge, and the participation certificate.
D Event Turizm reserves the right to change the registration fees in the event of significant changes in the country’s economic conditions.
Assistant participants are required to submit valid proof of their active assistant status to the organizing committee at the time of registration.

Taxes:
Registration fees include VAT. D Event Turizm reserves the right to reflect any changes in tax rates in the prices.

*The number of participants is limited to 20.

*The registration fee / Course fee is inclusive of VAT.

Payments:
To make an online payment, participants are required to create a new account by clicking on the payment link. After creating an account, the purchase process can be completed. The same username and password will be used for each login to the online payment system.

The registration fee will be paid to the Congress account, and the invoice will be issued and sent after the completion of the organization.
Payment dates will be taken into consideration when making budget arrangements.

Cancellation – Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to sprhinoplasty@devent.com.tr , addressed to D Event Organizasyon A.Ş.
• For cancellation requests made before June 5, 2026, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting 10% bank charges.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 5, 2026.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
